My Offer
Practical support. Emotional care. Someone in your corner — for the early days and beyond.
In-Person & Virtual Postnatal Support
Whether you’ve just had your baby or are preparing for the early weeks ahead, I offer compassionate, down-to-earth support to help you feel more confident, less overwhelmed, and truly cared for.
I offer both in-person visits (in and around Lincolnshire) and virtual support: so no matter where you are, I can be part of your village.
What I Can Help With
In those early postpartum weeks, I can support you in ways that truly make a difference, like:
-
Newborn care (nappy changes, bathing, soothing, feeding cues)
-
Breastfeeding and bottle feeding guidance
-
Light housework, meal prep, and holding baby so you can rest
-
Supporting older siblings
-
Creating space for your emotional wellbeing
But more than anything, I’m here to support you as a mother. To listen, reassure, and remind you that you are doing an incredible job, even on the hardest days.
Postpartum Planning
We'll create a personalised postpartum plan that reflects your values, preferences, and needs. We’ll talk about what matters most to you: rest, bonding, nourishment, recovery, support and how to make it all feel more manageable.
Virtual Support: Wherever You Are
If you’re far from family, your partner is deployed, or you're simply feeling isolated, I’m just a call away. Together, we can:
-
Build a roadmap through your fourth trimester
-
Prioritise rest, bonding, and realistic routines
-
Talk through feeding, sleep, emotional health, and self-care
-
Share practical tips and gentle reminders to make life smoother
For Military and Civilian Families
Whether your partner is deployed or home every evening, having a baby is a huge transition. You deserve to feel supported, understood, and valued no matter your circumstances. And I’ll meet you exactly where you are.
Let me be part of your village. You're not meant to do this alone and with the right support, you don’t have to.
